【友人がインドに単身赴任中です】

COVID‑19の感染拡大で、インドが厳しい状況のようですね。
友人が単身赴任しています。
彼が言うには「残念だけど、外国人はワクチン接種の対象になってない。日本に帰国しても、住民票が無いから対象にならない。ワクチン難民になってる。」とのこと。
これは問題ですよね？
この状況でも彼は「自分だけ逃げるようで、帰国を迷っている。」と言っていました。
そのまま留まるのは、リスクが高いと思います。
とは言え、帰国するにもPCR検査の陰性証明が必要で、その検査の予約も取れないようです。
帰国するのも一苦労のようですが、何とかして帰国することを勧めています。
